A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for the role of Service Manager at our dual-branded Jaguar Land Rover dealership at Barretts Ashford.

To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record in Service and ideally within the Jaguar Land Rover network, although this is not essential.You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, remain calm in sometimes demanding situations, and work closely with the Parts and Sales teams to ensure deadlines are reached.
You will be responsible for a team of 30 and will be required to deliver targets and manage budgets.Workshop lead times need to be closely monitored, with workshop efficiency as a key driver analysis, and trends need to be continually checked and fed back to your teams.
