Vehicle Technician – Barretts BMW / MINI Canterbury

We are looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join our busy BMW and MINI dealership in Canterbury. The successful candidate will be skilled in all aspects of diagnostics, electronics, servicing and vehicle repairs. You must be flexible, focused and a great team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

The Service department is a fast-paced and challenging environment. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on the latest technology in an environment that demands quality workmanship whilst maintaining a commitment to outstanding customer service and ‘right first time’ repairs.

We welcome all candidates who have a minimum of 3 years’ mechanical experience with either an independent garage or a premium brand, as training will be provided for the right candidate.

You will be required to work Monday – Friday 8:00 to 17:00 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00 to 13:00.

Minimum requirements:

• Hold a full UK driving licence for both manual and automatic vehicles.
• 3 years motor trade experience.
• Holds a minimum of a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance.

Salary is dependent on experience/qualifications from £32,000 - £45,000 OTE
