Our Courtesy Shuttle Bus offers convenient transportation from our Canterbury showrooms to the High Street. It's the perfect option for customers who'd like to explore the city centre while their car is being serviced.
Our fully electric shuttle service runs Monday to Friday.

As you walk into our showrooms you will be greeted by one of our friendly team members. We have open-planned layouts with a vast selection of models available on our showroom floors. Our dedicated sales, service and parts teams are always on hand and happy to help with any requests you may have.
Each of our sites have comfortable waiting areas equipped with televisions and refreshments for our customers. These areas are also home to our branded merchandise, which can be purchased from our showrooms by asking one of our team members.
Enjoy a range of hot and cold refreshments whilst you wait. Our showrooms have fridges for complimentary cold refreshments and coffee machines for coffee, tea and hot chocolate in each waiting area.
We have free Wi-Fi available in all of our showrooms. The network and passwords are displayed clearly throughout the reception and waiting areas. You can also ask one of our friendly team to assist in helping connect your device.
At Barretts, we offer a complimentary Shuttle Bus that takes our customers into the centre of Ashford or Canterbury. This is a scheduled shuttle service which runs periodically throughout the day.
All of our showrooms are dog friendly. Your trusted companions will be welcomed with a bowl of water, treats and plenty of fussing and petting from our teams.
