We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual to join the team at our Contact Centre in Canterbury. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, dealing with customer queries and booking requests, making outbound calls to notify customers of recalls, MOT due dates and following up on campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you must have an exceptional telephone manner and be polite and professional at all times.You should enjoy working as part of a team, have good attention to detail and be able to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service. Previous experience of working in a call centre would be an advantage, although training will be given to the right candidate.
Your standard hours of work will be 8am to 5.30pm on Monday to Friday, plus some Saturdays on a rota, making a total of 44 hours per week. In return, we offer some great staff benefits including a CBS (employee car ownership) scheme and 24 days of holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays.
