Vehicle Movement & Site Coordinator - JLR Ashford

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable Vehicle Movement & Site Coordinator to support the day-to-day movement, management, and control of vehicles across our JLR Ashford site.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Skills and Experience

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual and automatic) essential.
  • Previous experience within the automotive, fleet, vehicle recovery, or transport industry is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work with clients, drivers, and workshop teams.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy operational environment.
