We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Advisor (Parts) to join our growing business. The main focus of the role will be handling parts enquiries for the multi franchise Stellantis brands (Peugeot, Citroen, Vauxhall and Fiat) and selling to the automotive aftermarket. You will be the first point of contact over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service. If you are enthusiastic, have a friendly and confident phone manner and enjoy working as part of a successful team, we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and listen to the advice provided by the team. This role relies on the accurate processing of information, often against tight deadlines, so a keen eye for detail is essential. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full training and support will be given in this role. The training will combine coaching from the team of Parts Advisors based at the Parts Hub, with Stellantis virtual training sessions.
Required experience and skills:
Previous parts experience in one of the Stellantis franchises (Peugeot, Citroen, Vauxhall or Fiat) or within a Parts Factor is essential. You should be confident in using computer systems and able to pick them up quickly.
This is a full-time position. Your standard hours of work will be 8.00am to 5.30pm on Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
