Parts Advisor - BMW/MINI/Motorrad Canterbury

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will handle parts enquiries for our BMW, MINI and Motorrad franchises in Canterbury.

You will play a key role in delivering a professional, efficient and friendly service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and supplying the correct parts, processing orders accurately.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive with an excellent eye for detail plus strong and verbal communication skills are essential.

Essential Skills Required

· Previous experience in an automotive parts, retail or customer-service role is desirable

· Excellent telephone manner and confident face-to-face communication skills

· Confident using computer systems, electronic parts catalogue and Microsoft Office systems.

· Methodical and accurate when identifying parts, processing transactions and maintaining stock records

· Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail in a busy, fast-paced environment.

· Experience within a main dealer is desirable, preferably BMW/MINI.

· Full UK driving licence useful.

Hours & Application Details

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm plus Saturday overtime on a rota basis.
