Showroom Host BMW Canterbury

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Showroom Host to join our busy BMW showroom in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience throughout their visit. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions within the showroom, ensuring every visitor receives outstanding service and assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Greeting and assisting customers visiting the showroom.

· Establishing customers' requirements and directing them to the appropriate department.

· Supporting service customers with the vehicle check-in process.

· Working closely with both Sales and Aftersales teams to ensure customers are attended to promptly.

· Maintaining the showroom environment and ambience in line with operational standards.

· Providing support to Reception when required to ensure a professional welcome for all customers and visitors.

· Ordering and maintaining departmental consumables and supplies to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

· Comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues at all levels.

· A strong team player with a positive and proactive approach.

Hours of Work

You would be required to work a 45-hour week. Working hours would be 07:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday with a 1-hour break.
