HOME CHARGING

Our PHEV range can fully charge from either a domestic socket or an IEC connector.

A Mode 2 Standard Charging Cable which is ideally suited to charge overnight using a a domestic socket, will fully recharge your vehicle in as little as 7.5 hours. All Land Rover PHEV vehicles come with a Standard Charging Cable, enabling emissions free commuting for up to 48km.

Where more flexible or faster EV charging solutions are required, optional charging solutions including a Mode 2 Multi-function Charging Cable and A/C wall box can be specified. A full charge can be achieved in as little as 2.75 hours using the method.

PUBLIC CHARGING

For charging your Plug-in Hybrid vehicle away from home, you can use public charging stations which can be found at motorway service stations, fuel stations and public car parks. Connect Pro will highlight charging points along your route.

For when you’re on the move, the Public Charging Cable (Mode 3 Charging Cable) enables you to connect with AC charging stations. The cable is compatible with a home wall box.

The robust wall box can be fitted at a suitable location convenient to you and will be fitted to the highest standards by a Land Rover recommended supplier. Contact us for more information.



HOW PHEV WORKS

PHEV combines our lightweight Ingenium engine and 105kW electric motor, together with a large 13 kWh capacity battery which is charged via an external source. In EV mode this delivers up to 48km from a full charge with zero CO2 tailpipe emissions.

A) Yes. In addition to the standard vehicle warranty, our EV batteries have an eight-year warranty.

A) Using the electric motor only, PHEV has a range of up to 48km*. PHEV also utilises an Ingenium petrol engine to support a much larger range, in the same way as other combustion engine vehicles.​
