We are looking to recruit a receptionist to join our busy BMW and MINI dealerships in Canterbury. You will be responsible for welcoming customers in a professional and friendly manner, operating the busy switchboard, assisting the Sales and Service teams as required and undertaking general administration duties.
The successful candidate will be confident, smart and efficient with strong customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner. Ideally you will already have experience of working in a busy front of house environment with a knowledge of switchboard systems. Due to the nature of this role you will need to be computer literate and highly competent working in MS Office.
