We are looking to recruit a Full Time Service Advisor at our busy Citroen & DS retailer in Canterbury. You will be joining our existing Aftersales Team and will be expected to extend an exceptional level of service to our customers and deliver a ‘Customer First' experience.
The Service department is a challenging environment. To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure and be process-driven. You must be a great team player and have the ability to work well under your own initiative.
Experience in this role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given. You will need the ability to ask questions with an eagerness to learn, be self-motivated and have a keen eye for detail.
Utilising your strong communication skills, you work with determination to not only meet, but exceed, departmental targets in sales and customer care.
You will be computer literate, with the ability to learn new software and programmes. Your strengths will include numeracy and literacy and you must have a clean driver’s licence.
