Service Administrator – JLR

An opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join our team at our JLR retailer based in Canterbury on a maternity cover basis starting 1st December. This role reports directly to the Service Manager and will play a key role in supporting our service operations.

Working hours are Monday – Friday, between 25 and 35 hours per week to be agreed with the successful candidate.

You will be responsible for:

  • Completing job card preparation to ensure a smooth client arrival experience.
  • Ensuring data is kept up to date and accurate so that the systems function effectively and efficiently.
  • Processing internal and external invoices in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the Service Manager and wider administration team with general administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining a positive, professional manner at all times.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to completing tasks efficiently. To be successful in this role, strong communication skills are essential, both in person and over the phone. You will have the ability to use your initiative and maintain focus when working independently whilst also showing co-operative and enthusiastic involvement when working alongside the rest of the team.
