We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our MINI dealership in Canterbury. You will be responsible for arranging customer service appointments and successfully handling all service enquiries that are made in person, over the telephone and via email.
The successful applicants will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident dealing with both external and internal customers. You must be a great team player, well-organised and calm under pressure. Ideally, you will already have at least 3 years of experience within a similar role.
