Receptionist / Customer Host - Barretts BMW/MINI Ashford
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our busy BMW/MINI dealership in Ashford.You will be responsible for welcoming customers in a professional and friendly manner, operating the busy switchboard, assisting the Sales and Service teams as required and undertaking general administration duties.
The successful candidate will be confident, smart and efficient with strong customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner. Ideally you will already have experience of working in a busy front of house environment with a knowledge of switchboard systems. Due to the nature of this role you will need to be computer literate and highly competent working in MS Office. If you enjoy meeting people and have a commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service then we want to hear from you.

You will be required to work on average of 42.5 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8am to 5.30pm and every other Friday 8am to 5.30 or Saturday 8.30 to 5.30 pm. You will also be required to work occasional Bank Holidays.
