Vacancy: Receptionist

At Barretts BMW / MINI, Ashford

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our busy BMW/MINI dealership in Ashford. You will be responsible for welcoming customers in a professional and friendly manner, operating the busy switchboard, assisting the Sales and Service teams as required and undertaking general administration duties.

The successful candidate will be confident, smart and efficient with strong customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner. Ideally, you will already have experience working in a busy front of house environment with knowledge of switchboard systems. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be computer literate and highly competent working in MS Office. You will be required to work an average of 35.5 hours a week, on a 2 week Rota basis. Week 1 Monday to Wednesday 8am-6pm and Friday 8-6. Week 2 Monday to Wednesday 8am -6pm and Saturday 8am-5.30pm. You will also be required to work occasional Bank Holidays.
