Parts Admin Supervisor
Parts Distribution Centre located in Birchington, Kent.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Barretts Parts Hub for the role of Parts Admin Supervisor. As our business continues to grow, distributing parts for Stellantis, JLR, BMW and Honda, we are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for team development.
In this role, you will be responsible for motivating and managing the parts admin team, ensuring they perform to the best of their abilities. You will play a key role in training and developing team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Exceptional customer experience skills will also be essential to help manage and develop key customer relationships.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to use your initiative. You should be able to maintain focus when working independently and show cooperative and enthusiastic involvement when working with the team. A methodical approach to completing tasks efficiently is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong level of computer literacy and a keen willingness to learn. This role can be fast-paced at peak times, so maintaining a positive, proactive, and professional attitude is crucial. Previous experience using our key systems DRIVE (previously Kerridge / Autoline) and OEM Systems would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
This is a full-time position with 40 working hours per week, Monday to Friday.
