Contact Centre Advisor - Barretts Group Contact Centre
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual to join the team at our Contact Centre in Canterbury, who has an interest in the motor industry. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, dealing with customer queries, and booking requests, making outbound calls to notify customers of recalls, MOT due dates and following up on campaigns, in association with the Jaguar Land Rover and BMW MINI Brands.
To succeed in this role, you must have an exceptional telephone manner and be always polite and professional. You should enjoy working as part of a team, have good attention to detail and be able to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service. Previous customer service experience, and or Call Centre and Motor Trade experience would be an advantage, although training will be given to the right candidate.

Mon – Fri 08.00 – 17.30
Holiday 24 days pa + bank holidays
Saturdays Rota based, 1 in 4, 08.30 – 13.00 paid in addition at hourly rate 11.00ph
