All of our dealerships have clear signage to follow, numerous sanitising stations, face masks and a warm but contact-free greeting when you arrive.
Please be advised as part of the Government’s Track and Trace system customers that enter the dealerships must scan the Track and Trace code. For customers without the NHS App, we ask customers to leave their name and contact details with us, in the event Public Health England needs to contact you. Barretts also requires all customers and visitors to have their temperature checked and to wear a face-covering unless exempt before entering the dealerships.

Mandatory Face Covering
Face coverings are now mandatory by law in retail outlets across the UK. We kindly ask that all customers visiting our showrooms wear a face covering except for those who are exempt. If you are exempt, we ask that you please provide us with proof of exemption.
Please abide by our clear safety signage, which is set to guide you safely through our premises. Customers will be given specific appointment slots to avoid having to many people on site at any given time. Please arrive promptly for your appointment, when you arrive, our hosts will greet you at the entrance maintaining a two metre distance and will welcome you with a warm non-contact greeting. We’ll keep doors open and pathways clear to avoid unnecessary contact.
Strict Hygiene Standards
Antibacterial hand gel will be available for you to use in multiple locations in our showrooms. We exercise regular sanitising of all touch point surfaces. We use disposable seat covers on every vehicle we service. Invoices and documents will be supplied electronically.
