Honda leads the way in reliability
The team at Barretts Honda are delighted to see their trusted brand recognised once again for outstanding reliability in the 2025 What Car? Survey. A reflection of the confidence our customers place in every Honda model, from the city-driving Jazz to the sporty Civic and the family-friendly HR-V.
Honda has once again proven its commitment to quality and dependability, securing the top spot in the 2025 What Car? Reliability Survey with an impressive score of 96.6%.
This annual survey gathered insights from 32,498 vehicle owners whose cars are up to five years old. Covering 30 brands and 227 models, the survey asked participants whether their vehicles had experienced any faults over the past two years, and these faults were then assessed based on how long the repairs took and how much they cost, resulting in a final reliability score expressed as a percentage.
Claire Evans, What Car? Consumer Editor praised Honda’s achievement: “Honda is a deserving winner of this year’s What Car? Reliability Survey because all five of the models rated gained exceptionally high scores. Best of all was the current HR-V with a rating of 97.5%, followed closely by the latest Civic with 97.3%.”
This recognition highlights Honda’s unwavering focus on reliability, an essential factor for today’s car buyers. Rebecca Adamson, Head of Automobile at Honda Motor Europe (UK), commented, “Reliability is a cornerstone of our brand, and this recognition reflects the trust our customers place in us.”
