As per the most recent Government announcements, restrictions will be eased on the 19th July following the move to Step 4 of the roadmap. However, we still have an important responsibility to protect our employees and customers from the risks of COVID-19.

Although no longer mandatory, Barretts employees will continue to wear face coverings whilst with customers. With this in mind, we encourage and kindly ask customers to do the same when visiting our showrooms and on test drives to ensure the ongoing safety and peace of mind of both customers and staff alike.

We will of course be keeping to our rigorous cleaning and sanitising procedures, as well as maintaining a reasonable social distance from others.

All our online and remote services will remain operational so you can continue to browse, purchase and book online from the comfort of your own home. These services include:

  • Home vehicle delivery (free up to 30 miles)
  • Virtual appointments
  • Live chat
  • Online purchasing and deposits
  • Click and collect for both sales and parts
  • Contactless payments
  • Online service, repair, and MOT bookings

Face Covering

Although no longer mandatory, we encourage and kindly ask customers to wear a face covering whilst in our showrooms and on test drives. If you would like to take an accompanied test drive with one of our sales executives and do not want to wear a mask, we may ask you to take a quick onsite lateral flow test.

Social Distancing

Barretts employees will continue to observe and maintain a responsible social distance and would be grateful if customers to do the same.

Strict Hygiene Standards

Antibacterial hand gel will be available for you to use in multiple locations in our showrooms. We exercise regular sanitising of all touch point surfaces. We use disposable seat covers on every vehicle we service. Invoices and documents will be supplied electronically.
