Your Role:

· Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors

· Answer and direct incoming calls with efficiency and professionalism

· Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

· Support the Sales and Aftersales teams with general administrative duties

· Ensure all customer interactions reflect the premium JLR experience

What You’ll Bring:

· Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· A polished, professional appearance and manner

· Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment

· A proactive and positive attitude
