BMW MINI Motorrad Service Retention Advisor

Location: Barretts BMW Canterbury/Ashford

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for premium service? We are looking for a proactive Service Retention Advisor to join our busy Aftersales Teams in Canterbury/Ashford.

You will be responsible for contacting new car, used car, and Motorrad customers to offer relevant service plans, managing unsold data for marketing campaigns, making daily calls to promote discounted service bookings, and coordinating with the CRM team and BMW UK’s Service Retention Team to enhance customer contact strategies.

If you genuinely enjoy picking up the phone and building rapport, are comfortable working with data and motivated by hitting contact targets, can coordinate between multiple teams and maintain an accurate CRM database, have a "customer-first" mindset and a professional, helpful telephone manner, then we want to hear from you.

Your standard hours of work will be 42.5 hours per week, 8:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
