Our plans can run for 1-4 years. It’s up to you how long you want cover for.
A choice of payment options.
Once you’re happy with your plan, you can choose to pay in a single one-off payment or split the cost over a monthly term – interest-free!
You can add additional items to be included into your Service plan, such as:
MOT, Loan Car usage & our Collection/Delivery Service.
Fixed Plan Prices.
All labour & parts prices will be fixed for the duration of your plan, so if there is a price increase this will not impact your agreement.
Reimbursement.
The plan can be cancelled at any time, i.e. if you sell your vehicle, all unused monies will be credited back to you.

- Duty of Care - During every service, your vehicle will receive an Electronic Visual Health Check with a CitNow video being sent to the to you by email/smartphone. This will show any areas of urgent/advisory work that may be required on your vehicle.
- After your vehicle health check video has been sent to you, a tailored quote will be supplied for the required repairs, this can then be approved or declined via the link within the quote. Once approved we will complete any repairs and return your vehicle to you.
