We will arrange a drop-off time with you when arranging your booking. Your vehicle will go into our workshop in time order of drop-off, and we will contact you with progress updates.

8.30 am – 5.30 pm

You can book a time slot of 8 am or 2 pm to arrive & wait in our Showroom for repairs that are less than 2 hours. Please allow extra time if additional work is authorised on your vehicle.
Loan CarCollection & delivery

You can pre-book a loan vehicle for your appointment, charges are £27.00 per day. Please remember to bring your driving license on the day.

We can collect your vehicle from a chosen address for £20.00. Monday – Thursday: the car will be delivered back on the following day. Fridays: the car will be delivered back same day

(local collections only) We will need a parking space to leave our driver’s car. Please advise us if you have limited parking available.

We will check your contact details are correct so we can get in touch with updates on your vehicle. Please let us know the best method of contact for you for the day. 

Our Honda trained technicians will carry out a visual health check on the vehicle and we will contact you with any advisories reported. These will be graded as red – urgent, amber – advisory, green – all ok at time of check. You will receive a video with this report through to your email address  and/ or mobile. 

Please note that the boot will not be vacuumed so as to not disturb any personal items stored in this area.
