“After receiving the customary reminder from Barratts, arranging the appointment by telephone was very straightforward. The paperwork relating to the service and MoT was to hand on my arrival and, as the work progressed, I was advised of and agreed to the items required for the MoT test. All of the works were completed within the time indicated and the car was cleaned and made available for collectionpromptly and courteously.”
