| We will get your vehicle into our workshop as soon as we can during the day & update you when we have some news. 7.30am – 5.30pm (Canterbury) 8.00am - 5.30pm (Ashford) | You can book a specific time slot to arrive & wait in our Showroom, we advise a minimum of a 90-minute wait time. |

| You can pre-book a loan vehicle for the day. Please remember to bring your driving license on the day. Charges may be applicable. | You can arrange for us to collect your vehicle from a chosen address, once we have completed the job we will return your vehicle to that same address. |

| If you have requested an investigation, we will require the vehicle for 2/3 days & we may ask you to fill in a questionnaire regarding the faults to gain as much information as possible. | We also offer lifts to the town centre/train station, please mention this at the point of booking so we can make sure a driver is available on the day. (Ashford only) Canterbury lifts into the town are provided by a scheduled shuttle service. |
