| We will get your vehicle into our workshop as soon as we can during the day & update you when we have some news. 7.30am – 5.30pm | You can book a specific time slot to arrive & wait in our Showroom, we advise a minimum of a 2 hour wait time. |
| Loan Car | Collection & delivery |
| You can pre-book a loan vehicle for the day. Please remember to bring your driving license on the day. £20 charge may be applicable. | You can arrange for us to collect your vehicle from a chosen address, once we have completed the job we will return your vehicle to that same address. |
| Investigation | Recovery |
| If you have requested an investigation, we will require the vehicle for 2/3 days & we may ask you to fill in a questionnaire regarding the faults to gain as much information as possible. | If you are being recovered by us for any reason, please take your vehicle directly to our workshop (Canterbury = Geoffrey Barrett Way, CT2 7WX or Ashford = Arrowhead Road, TN24 0FL) |
