HOW TO ACTIVATE BMW PROACTIVE CARE.

The My BMW app informs you when a service is due, the likely cost, and the progress of the service. Whether you want to check the status of the brake fluid or arrange a repair appointment online: the My BMW app is the digital link to your BMW and our services.

• Set up or log in to your BMW ConnectedDrive account
• Link your vehicle to your BMW ID
• Ensure your contact details are up to date
• Enable notifications in the My BMW App

Once activated, your BMW will monitor itself and notify you whenever action is needed.

*Proactive Care is available worldwide for all BMW models with BMW Operating System 7 (from version 07/2019) or later. To enjoy the full extent of Proactive Care services for your BMW, you will need an active BMW ConnectedDrive account for your BMW and your vehicle must be added to your BMW ID in the My BMW app or on the My BMW portal. Please add your current phone number and email address plus your preferred BMW partner to your personal details in your BMW ID. Please also remember to consent to the Privacy Policy for the transmission of your vehicle data in the vehicle ("Ensure Mobility" and "Smart Maintenance"). What's more, to make contact even easier, simply enable push notifications in the My BMW app.
