We are looking to recruit an experienced Warranty Administrator at our busy BMW / MINI dealership in Ashford. You will be involved in every aspect of vehicle warranty and goodwill transactions and must be able to accurately and efficiently deal with all of the administration that goes with the role.
You will be responsible for reviewing and processing warranty claims, documenting and tracking them through to completion, whilst ensuring legitimacy and adherence to warranty agreements and company policy and procedures. We are looking for candidates with existing warranty experience, ideally within the motor trade. You must possess excellent organisation and communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to develop strong positive relationships with the manufacturer. Experience of using Kerridge would be an advantage.
Your standard hours of work will be 42.5 hours a week, including some Saturdays on a rota. There is the option for you to make up more hours over weekends, if preferred.
