A rare opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to join the team at Barretts Honda. To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record in a franchised dealer Service Department.
You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate the team and inspire them to succeed. You will need an understanding of key performance indicators for the workshop and front of house staff to ensure that the team is effectively managed. Efficiencies need to be maintained and lead times minimised, and you will need to be driven to achieve the targets set by the manufacturer and Barretts. You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to meet the expectations of our Honda customers.
You must be able to remain calm in sometimes demanding situations and demonstrate the ability to use your initiative to resolve difficult situations effectively.
