We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor at our busy Citroën and DS retailer in Canterbury. You will be joining our existing Aftersales team and will be expected to extend an exceptional level of service to our customers and deliver a ‘Customer First’ experience.
The Service department is a challenging environment. To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure, and be process driven. You must be a great team player and have the ability to work well under your own initiative.
You should already have experience of working in a busy customer-facing role, ideally within the motor trade or similar, and be confident in offering additional products and services.
