An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Citroën and DS Store in Canterbury in the role of Sales Manager.

To be considered for this position you must have a proven track record in a franchised dealer Sales department. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate the team and inspire them to succeed. You will be expected to manage the performance of the team to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities, achieving both the sales targets set by the manufacturer and budgets for the department.

You will be responsible for ensuring that customers experience exceptional levels of service throughout the sales process. It is an expectation of this role that the Sales Manager supports the team and interacts with customers.

The role can be demanding, requiring you to manage a professional sales process and team, implement the marketing plan, meet operational standards, understand the current campaigns, and drive the team to succeed.
