BMW Parts Advisor Apprenticeship
We are looking to offer an apprenticeship to become a Parts advisor, who will join our busy, well established BMW Parts Department.
A customer service apprenticeship length is 2 years. You will be based at our Canterbury BMW Branch Monday to Friday but will visit & stay at our BMW training Academy multiple times a year for classroom-based training.
There are very few Customer Service Apprenticeships in the motor industry and the BMW programme is regarded as being the leader in delivering the ultimate customer experience. This apprenticeship will have a strong focus on the retail environment and the high customer service expectations of our customers.
On successful completion of your course, you will receive - IMI Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service- IMI Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service & BMW Parts Advisor Certification.
Once qualified, your role will begin in our busy Parts department, taking telephone orders, advising customers on parts, communicating with suppliers & assisting our customers where necessary.
*Minimum entry requirements for BMW apprenticeships are;
You are required to have, or predicted to attain, 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English, Maths and one other subject.
