| You can pre-book a
loan vehicle for the day. Please remember to bring your driving license on the
day. £20 charge may be applicable.
| You can arrange for us to collect your vehicle from a chosen address, once we have completed the job we will return your vehicle to that same address. |

you have requested an investigation, we will require the vehicle for 2/3 days
& we may ask you to fill in
a questionnaire regarding the faults to gain as much information as possible. | If
