The new Citroen Space Tourer MPV is built on the platform used already on the popular Citroen C4 Picasso and Grand Picasso mdoels. This enables the Space Tourer three different lengths, the standard being 4.6 metres long, while the M and XL versions will have a longer wheelbase measuring 4.95 and 5.3 metres respectively and enabling up to 9 passengers to be transported. Each body size allows superior legroom for passengers and easy access to the rearmost seats. Two trim levels will be available; Feel and Buisness. Practicality is important and the Space Tourer is packed with features to make everyday life easier. The cars rear sliding doors can be opened automatically with the driver placing a foot under the corner of the bumper for when your hands are full. With features in the cabin such as a refrigerated glove box, tables, sun blinds and power sockets all making any journey that bit more enjoyable.

Engine wise Citroens famous 1.6 litre BlueHDi diesel engines with AdBlue emissions Tech will power the Space Tourer. Power outputs range from 95bhp to 178bhp with the 114bhp stop start engine returning 55.4mpg economy and CO2 emissions of 133g/km. The Space Tourer has a five - star Euro NCAP rating, helped by the range of safety feautres from Lane Departure Warning to Active Cruise Control and Collision Alert.
